Membership fees are billed on the schedule shown at signup. Refund, cancellation and rescheduling terms are stated on the registration page or membership agreement for each service.<\/p>\n All clients must follow the Four Rules of firearms safety and the instructions of .38 America staff and Range Safety Officers at all times. We may refuse service or remove any person who does not comply, without refund.<\/p>\n All course materials, manuals, videos and branding are the property of .38 International LLC and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.<\/p>\n To the fullest extent permitted by law, .38 International LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
